Artists
Queensland Arts Council's Ontour inschools program employs around 50 artists each year to develop productions and perform for Queensland's schools.
Queensland Arts Council has supported many local and national artists and arts companies including:
- David Hamilton, three time Entertainer of the Year and member of the Entertainment Hall of Fame
- Richard Scholes, Australian Stage Magician of the Year (2006)
- Zeal Theatre Qld
- Harvest Rain
- Raw Dance Company, including Jack Chambers (So You Think You Can Dance 2008 Winner)
- deBase Productions
- Grant Collins, percussionist
- Brendon Kennedy, creator of the Hermes series
- Expressions Dance Company
- Zen Zen Zo Physical Theatre
