How to Book

1. Choose from the program available in your area

Click through to your Primary or Secondary area and find the touring area for your school.

2. Complete a Booking Form

Download a Booking Form.

Small Schools that cannot raise the minimum charge of $600+GST may be eligible to apply for a subsidised performance by completing a Subsidy Application Form instead of a Booking Form.

3. How much does it cost?

Participation costs are listed with the performance details on this brochure and online. Participation is normally $6 per
student (or $15 for families of three or more) unless otherwise stated (workshop costs vary). Teachers attend for free.
Please note: There is a minimum charge for performances – please read the Booking Condition carefully.
Small schools may be eligible for our Small Schools Subsidy Program.

4. How to book Workshops, Artists-in-Residence and
On Demand

The Workshops and Master Classes, Artists in Residencies and shows On Demand have pricing determined by their duration, distance from South East Queensland, and the number of students involved. For booking, please contact us on 3846 7477 or inschools@qac.org.au if you have any queries about pricing and availability.

5. Booking for Remote Schools
